Delivery
UK: we send orders to UK addresses using a variety of postal methods depending on the size and weight of the order. Most UK orders are sent using either the Royal Mail first class or 'signed for' delivery service (recorded delivery). Larger framed paintings and canvases are subject to a special delivery charge due to their size and weight - a band is shown on the item description and the corresponding charge can be found below.£1.95 for all items excluding large framed paintings and canvases
£9.00 for paintings marked as Band A.
£20.00 for paintings marked as Band B - all items in Band B are packed by a professional packing company and sent by courier service.
Europe: orders to Europe are sent using the Royal Mail Airmail service at a cost of £2.95.
Rest of World: orders to the rest of the world are sent using the Royal Mail Airmail service at a cost of £4.95.
Please note that some paintings cannot be delivered to addresses outside the UK and this is clearly stated in the item's description. If you would like to purchase one of these items and have it delivered to a non-UK address then please contact us and we will be happy to make special arrangements.
Dispatch Times
We usually dispatch goods within 48 hours from receipt of payment; however, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. Certain items are made to order and will take longer to dispatch - this is clearly stated in the item description. We always email you confirming the date on which your order was sent.Returns and Exchanges
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange goods within 7 days of receipt (postage and packing charges cannot be refunded). We will not accept returns or exchanges for any non-faulty items which have been used or worn and, for reasons of hygiene, cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings.Please contact us first before returning any items. If the item is faulty then please describe the fault. Please ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the items you you wish to return, in their original packaging. We recommend you use a recorded/special delivery service for all returns for your own protection as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that exchanges for faulty goods may not be possible for one-off or unique items; in this case a refund will be given (minus postage and packing charges).
